Currency System
On Daloom we have a currency system that awards you for being active, making posts, and logging in! We also give special rewards for posting in big site wide events, such as weather events, poachers, or territory disputes!!
Our currency currently is called "leaves". Our currency changes per the season. At the end of every season, you may cash in your currency collected to earn an exclusive monthly prize. The more currency you have at the end of the month, the more of the monthly prize you'll be able to earn! You do not need any currency to role play here, but you will earn any and every time you make a post role playing. Currency allows you to purchase exclusive items from our site shop, such as "ages" which allow you to age your characters faster than what they are normally aged at, or "breeding potions" to give you the ability to have pups on the site.

How to Earn Leaves
The main way is going to be through posting.
For all of the "IC"/in character boards, you will earn..
+5 for every new thread
+3 for every reply
For all of the "OOC"/out of character boards you will earn...
+3 for every new thread
+1 for every reply
Because we have a 70 word minimum count here on Daloom, you earn leaves every time you post a certain amount above that 70 word minimum. Both of these apply only to the in character boards.
60 words above gives you +2 leaves
120 words above gives you +4 leaves
240 words above gives you +6 leaves
480 words above gives you +8 leaves
960 words above gives you +10 leaves
1920 words above gives you +12 leaves
3840 words above gives you +14 leaves
Once you have a steady amount of leaves in your hand, which you can see whenever you post in your mini profile, you will want to place them in the bank. This collects a 5% interest every day. All you have to do is log in, make a post, and the leaves will be deposited into your wallet. This will greatly help your shell count grow. Make sure to put your earned interest in the bank before you log out!
Another way to earn leaves is through ranking up. You rank up when you post more, the more posts you have, the more you rank up. You can see what rank you are at by going to your profile. Every time you achieve the next rank, you receive 10 leaves.
At 0-49 posts you are a pup.
At 50-99 posts you are a young adult.
At 100-249 posts you are a warrior.
At 250-499 posts you are a delta.
At 500-799 posts you are a beta.
At 800+ posts you are an alpha.
